He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Donnelly and Juanita Donnelly (Hartman). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Floyd Donnelly; his sons, Robert S. (Angela Donnelly) and Michael J. (Denise Donnelly); his grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Megan, Samantha, Robert and James; his brother William P.; and his sister-in-law Eleonore Donnelly of Pittstown, NJ..
