He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Ruglio and Rose Ruglio; his brothers, Joseph Ruglio and Louis (Ana Ruglio); and his siblings' children, Christina Ruglio, Debbie Ruglio, Deanna Ruglio, Steven Ruglio and Giovanni Moreau.
