He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Karen Hempsted, Gary Thomas Hornig (Donna), Lisa Ferro (Frank) and Nancy Truitt; his grandchildren, Adina, Brittney, Nicholas, Kathryn, Michael, Jacquelyn, Edward, Thomas, Sandra, Jenny, Gina and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Kalea, Mason, Gavin, Kayla, Mia, Lily, Ryan, Mitch, Maisie, Jacob, Olivia and Oliver; and his sister-in-law Joyce Hornig.
