He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Masko and Vincent Masko. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Masko; his children, Jennifer Paul (David) and Thomas V. Masko Jr.; his sister Carol Irwin (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Mary Frances and Gerry DiNardo; his grandchildren, Amanda, Amy and Michael; and his sibling's children, Chrissy, Scott (Keri), Paulie, Taylor, Steven, Connor and Emma.
He also is survived by his 3 cherished grandchildren Amanda , Amy, and Michael, and is the uncle of Chrissy, Scott and his wife Keri, Paulie and his fiance Taylor, and Steven, and also is the great uncle of Connor and Emma . In lieu of flowers the family prefers that memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory Donations may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
