She was predeceased by: her husband Antoni Koziol; and her son Wieslaw F. Koziol. She is survived by: her daughter Krystyna Wojciechowski (Edward) of Union; her granddaughters, Susan Ahmadi, Diane Dickinson, Cynthia Wojciechowski and Jill Caixinha; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Bryanna, Lukasz, Gabriel and Ellie; and her daughter-in-law Teresa Koziol.
