She was predeceased by : her husband William H. Starnes, Jr.; and her parents, Stephen Glowacki and Helen Wienckowski Glowacki. She is survived by : her children, Bill, Lynn Starnes of Warminster, PA, Stephanie, Jeff Vernice of Randolph, NJ, Bob Starnes and Tracy Malkowski of Annville, PA; and her grandchildren, Michael, Kevin, Sabrina and Mac.
