She was predeceased by: her parents, Easter May Batts and Jacob Spicer Oliver; her husband Joseph Darnell Jr.; her siblings, Mary Morrison and John Oliver; and her nephew Joseph Darnell III.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Darnell of Villas, Charles Darnell of Villas, James Darnell (Barb) of Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania, Samantha DeGerlia (Timothy) of Folsom and Alice; her daughter-in-law Harriet Darnell of Cherry Hill; her grandchildren, Dr. Melinda Darnell (Dan DiGregorio) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Michelle Darnell (Walt) of Newark, Delaware, Joanna Darnell of Cherry Hill, Elwell (Joseph) of Millville and Hunter Degerlia; her brother Cole of Folsom; and her great grandchild Aidan McDermott of Newark, Delaware..
