He was predeceased by: his brother Richard; and his stepson James. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Maximillian, Jr and Lynnda McKenna Riederer of Cape May; his grandchildren, Maxime McKenna, Louise McKenna, Kirsten Sanders and Ryan Riederer; his stepchildren, Kathleen Rooney of Jim Thorpe, PA and Timothy Rooney of Mustang, OK.; and also Mickey.

Predeceased in death by brother Richard S McKenna, and step-son James P Rooney, . In lieu of flowers family would appreciate donations to Shriners' Children Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.
