She was predeceased by : her parents, Gladys Guerrero (Reynoso) and Jose Thomas Guerrero. She is survived by : her husband Angel Cortez; her daughter Ariana Cortez; her siblings, Vilma Plaza (David), Brenda Nieves (Benjamin), Patricia Guerrero and Angel Luis Guerrero; and her nieces and nephews, Brittany, Brianne Nieves, Janay Plaza, Jonathon and Joshua Plaza. She is also survived by friends and spending time with her nieces, nephews.
