She is survived by: her sisters, Norma Louise Albert (Robert), Darlene Lichty (James) and Maxine Malloy; her spouse Russell Thomas Sassani; her sons, Paul (Melanie Sassani), Dr. Russell Sassani and Jeffrey (Theresa Sassani); and her grandchildren, Andrew Sassani, Matthew Sassani, Steven (Kim Eilenberg), David Eilenberg, Tara (AJ Federico), Jessica (Ryan Grusemeyer), Juliann (Dillan Berghof) and Lauren Sassani. She is also survived by her loving sisters, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dorothy's memory to First Presbyterian Church of Vineland, honoring her deep faith and longtime church home.
