He was predeceased by: his father James Joseph Mills, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Ellis; his son Steven Joseph Mills; his granddaughter McKayla Mills; his stepfather Robert Ellis; and his stepsiblings, Jeff, Jimmy, Jennifer Ellis, Eric and Jacqueline Mills.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home (2755 S Lincoln Ave, Vineland, NJ 08361). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
