He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaspar Garcia Vale and Estebania Arroyo Tirad; and his siblings, Damian Garcia, Eladio Garcia, Santo Garcia, Angel Luis Garcia, Gregoria Garcia, Ninfa Garcia, Aracelia Garcia and Luz Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Flor M. Garcia; and his children, Rhoda Garcia, Loida Acosta (Frankie), Salvador Jr. García (Itzamar), Ruth García, Eli García and Abner García (Brenda). He is also survived by grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren.
