He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramesh Delhi (Juthika Chakraborty) and New Delhi. He is survived by: his spouse Sunita Das; his children, Tiyash Chakraborty and Trisha Chakraborty; his son-in-law Cody Cullens; his brothers, Amitabha Chakraborti (Monica), Debabrata Chakraborty (Roma Debabrata), Subhas Chakraborty and Shibaji Chakraborty; and his siblings-in-law, Shanti Chakravorti, Sujata Das, Rochita Das (Suprabhat), Anita Das and Ashoke Chatterjee. He is also survived by four nephews, five nieces, four grand nephews, six grand nieces, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
