He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleftherios Papoutsakis and Evangelia Papoutsakis. He is survived by: his grandsons, Gryphon and Atticus; his wife Katie Papoutsakis; his daughters, Eva Smith (Papoutsakis) and Anna Papoutsakis; and his son-in-law Khan Smith. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and two grandsons.
