We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2019, at the age of 58, Slawomir Puchalski (Wallington, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Puchalski (Sztachanska); and his pet Rocky. He is survived by: his father Lubomir Puchalski; his wife Jolanta Marciniak; his daughters, Sylwia (James Davidson) and Aldona Puchalski; and his siblings, Marek and Dorota Sierzputowska.

A private cremation will follow and Slawomir will be be interred in a family grave in Poland. ****PLEASE - THE FAMILY HAS REQUESTED NO FLOWER DONATIONS.
