He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Regen and Catherine Regen (Gowen). He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Nelson); his children, Richard (Erinn), Susan and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Daniel Gorman, Matthew, Sarah Regen and Kieran Regen.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (747 W Bay Ave, Barnegat, NJ 08005).
