He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony and Anna. He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his daughters, Laura Polakowski (Kenneth), Barbara Brozyna (late Lester) and Gail Ross (Bob); his grandchildren, Alysse Serencha, Jonathan Polakowski and Christopher Brozyna; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Aubrey, Addison, Austin, Ava and Chase.
