She was predeceased by : her parents, Kathryn Buschelle and Anthony Buschelle; her husband Dominic; and her brother Peter. She is survived by : her daughters, Cam D'Amelio and Jude Nash; her sons-in-law, Frank D'Amelio and Chris Barnet; her grandchildren, Dana (Brendan), Joseph (Rachel), Rachel (Dutch), Alexa and Katy; and her great grandchildren, Georgina and West.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Rachel Zampaglione's name.
