With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Meichel of Washington Township, New Jersey, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Meichel and Ruth Grimm Meichel; and his sister Marian Tait. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Meichel; his daughters, Kara Scanlan (Dennis) of Round Hill, VA and Regan Kott (Geoffrey) of Rye, NY; and his grandchildren, Mason Scanlan, Brooke Scanlan, Bastian Kott and Asher Kott.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Dennis's name may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 215 NJ-31, Flemington, NJ 08822.
