She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benetta Rambo (Truncer) and Elwood Rambo; her husband George I. Wingate, Sr.; her children, George "Chip" I. Wingate, Jr., Cheryl Kier (late Fred), Kathy Wingate (Lee Braddock) and Wendy Castro; her daughter-in-law Lori Wingate; her grandchildren, Brett Kier (Samantha), Megan Kier, Lee Braddock II (Katie), Ali Castro (Billy Cunningham), Cameron Castro, Ryane Wingate and George "Buddy" I. Wingate III (Becca); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Mia, Tristen, Chase, Kailey, Paige, Hayden and Colton.
