He was predeceased by: his wives, JoAnne and Rosemary Kane; his daughter Terese Kane; and his brother John Kane. He is survived by: his children, James (Zoe), Christopher (Alice), Matthew, Jr., Renee Southard (David), Steven (Maricel) and Kelly Shaw (Bill); and his brother Paul.
