She is survived by: her sons, John McCollum, Michael McCollum and David McCollum (Dianne); her grandchildren, Sean, Thomas, Mandi (Brad), Jessica and Conner; and her stepdaughters, Patrice McIntosh, Nancy Lewis (Bud) and Kate Lubrant (Michael).
