He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Paul Vedar (Aimee), Melissa Newkirk (Frank IV), Jennifer Samaniego (Edgardo, Jr.), Robin and David Devery; his grandchildren, Genevieve, Evangelyn, Brandon, Darius, Isabella, Trevor, Seneca, Benjamin, Sloane and Samantha; and his sister Edna Dela Rosa.
