He is survived by: his wife Marie Schumacher Perkowsky; his sons, Frank Perkowsky, Jr. (Becky) and John Perkowsky; his grandchildren, Ricky, Mike, Lora, Kellie, Frank, David and John; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Graycen, Frankie and Ronan.
