He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marie Colucci and Ray Lamere. He is survived by: his wife Carole Melchiorre; his children, N. J. During, Longshoreman, Raffaella (Amedeo Bove), John (Giovanna) and Michael Lamiera; his grandchildren, Deo, Gianna, Gia and Jude; and his brother Joseph Lamera.
