Robert Knapp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Knapp of Watchung, New Jersey, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Erik Knapp; his siblings, Rita Ann Knapp and Nicholas "Bud" Knapp; and his son-in-law Michael Gilmore. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Knapp (Dorgan); his children, Robert "Robbie" S. Knapp (Jean), Blair P. Knapp (Beth), Blythe J. Knapp (Hector Gasca) and Nicole K. Gilmore; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Patrick, Megan, MacKenzie, Tommy and Maximo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob's name to the Parkinson's Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, both causes near and dear to his heart.
