She is survived by: her spouse Kurt Ax; her children, Kathi Ax Reed of Mansfield and Kenneth Kurt Ax of Manchester; her grandchildren, Christopher Reed (Katie), Joshua Reed, Rachel Ax, Morgan Ax, Sarah Reed, Anders Ax and Benjamin Reed; and also, Chet of Mansfield and Barbara of Manchester.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothea's honor may be mailed to the First Congregational Church in Manchester, Vermont.
