She is survived by: her children, Zoila Medina of Paterson and Maritza Ortiz of Wayne; her grandchildren, Alessandra Ortiz, Mario Paolo Ortiz, Evelyn Bernales, Paul Bernales and Juan Carlos Bernales; and her brothers, Ramon Areche and Victor Areche of Paterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
