He is survived by: his former wife Theresann; his wife Barbara Jean (Pavlick); his daughters, Karen O'Neill (Christopher), Lynn Mielke (Charles) and Nancy Andrews (David) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Ellen English (Mielke), Mark Mielke, Brian O'Neill (Jeannine), Molly Andrews and Emily Andrews; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Katherine, Juliet English and Nicholas O'Neill; his brothers, George Chanda of Wayne and Joseph Chanda (Marilyn) of Florida; and his friend Peter Yotnakparian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
