He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Runz and Dorothy Runz; his wife Vera of Wayne; his sons, Glenn Runz (Sheryl) of Myerstown, PA and Mark Runz of Cedar Grove; his grandchildren, Bryson Runz and Olivia Runz of Myerstown, PA; his niece Nicole Mahaffey of Anthem, AR.; and his brothers, Kenny Runz and Don Runz.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Roberts name may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa FL 33607.
