He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Spock and Helen Spock (Shevrok). He is survived by: his wife Carol Lumley-Spock; his daughter Christine; his sons-in-law, Brad McIntyre, Bruce Walk and Greg Robinson; his grandsons, Liam, Evan and Logan; and his pets, Theo and Petie.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are requested by the family to Godsdogsrescue.org, S.Flores.
