He is survived by: his wife Sally Johnson Curatola; his children, John M. Curatola and Debra M.; his grandchildren, Brenda Formanek Anderson (Derek) and Christian Knowlton Curatola (Kateryna); his great grandchild Arya M. Anderson; his sister Mildred Mangiaracina; and his sister-in-law Deborah Johnson. He is also survived by his wife, loving family, and a ton of special friends.
