He was predeceased by : his father Matthew Jaremcak. He is survived by : his wife Pat; his children, Matthew Clark Jaremcak (Meagan) and Caitlin Anne Gant (Robert); his grandchildren, Lily, Magnolia, Aubrey and Holly; and his brother-in-law Mike Bertola. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
