She was predeceased by: her husband Carmel V Fortunato. She is survived by: her son Michael A Fortunato (Camille) of Succasunna; her grandchildren, Christine Tsipouras (Raymond) and Michael A Fortunato, Jr.; and her sister Lucy Petrucelli (Daniel).

Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
