He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Blasi and Margaret Blasi; and his significant other Colleen (Rosen). He is survived by: his son Richard Gruchacz; his granddaughter Carol-An Ramirez; his siblings, Linda and Anthony; his sister-in-law Elyse; his brother Larry; and his nephews, Anthony and Mathew. He is also survived by three great nephews.
