He was predeceased by: his child Tracy. He is survived by: his children, Robin Smith (Thomas), Robert W. McHenry, Patricia Clucas (Scott), Jamie and Geralyn; his grandchildren, Jackie Capodanno, Michael Capodanno, Ryan Smith, Christopher Smith, Freddy Clucas and Cady Clucas; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Mikey.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Macs name to; St. Jude Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 14, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
