He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Paul and Helen Burek (Gruszkos). He is survived by : his wife Kathleen M. Burek (Herb); his daughters, Theresa (Bill Dowd) and Jennifer Burek; his sister Maryann; his brother-in-law Thomas Peters; and his grandsons, Liam Joseph Dowd and Jack Thomas Dowd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
