Bertel Marie Vogt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bertel Marie Vogt (Whiting, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Preisendanz and Marie Preisendanz; her husband John; her daughter Betty; and her sisters, Lina Laib, Maria Seiter and Margot Kron.
She is survived by: her sons, John Vogt (Peggy) of Los Angeles, CA and James Vogt (Dina); her grandsons, David and Zachary of Belle Mead, NJ; her son Michael Vogt (Sophat); her granddaughters, Jessica and Emily of Warner Robins, GA.; her siblings, Anne Schanz and Karl Preisendanz; and her brother-in-law Artur Kron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church.
