He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Beecher and Marion Beecher; and his brother Richard Beecher. He is survived by: his wife Bonny (Linke); his children, Dale Wilson (Lori) of Toms River and Debbie Risch (Bill) of East Windsor; his grandchildren, Kevin Edward, Erica, Zachary Philip and Soren; and his sister Janet Zlata.

Donations may be made to Ocean County American Legion, C/O Mr. Bob Horn, 388 Wisteria Dr., Brick, NJ 08723 in memory of Edward Beecher.
