She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Robert Winkle; her granddaughters, Ashley Joan Platt and Lisa Winkle; her great grandchildren, Joseph Winkle, Robert Winkle and Amber Nicole Winkle; her stepdaughter Elaine Evers; her stepgranddaughter Sara Lyn Evers; her sibling's children, Joan Gamman and Michael Gamman; and her significant other Willie Tinnemeyer.
In lieu of flowers donations in Betty's name may be made to the Whiting First Aide or Whiting Fire Department.
