It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Connover (Whiting, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on June 27, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Conover; her children, Michele Y. McDowell and Christopher M. Conover; and her siblings, Carol Henry, Charles Gregoire, Raymond Gregoire and Robert Gregoire.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Robert A. Gordon and John R. Conover; her children, Jacqueline C. Wathen of Chesapeake, VA, Donald C. Conover of Morganville, NJ, Andrew W. Gordon of Virginia Beach, VA and Richard A. Gordon of Virginia Beach, VA.; her stepchildren, Barbara Bowe, Susan Bond, Lisa Hamburger, John Conover and Robert Conover; and her siblings, Agnes Gaven, Rene Gregoire and Eugene Gregoire. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
