It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Semenza of Whiting, New Jersey, born in Old Forge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Semenza; his daughter Elizabeth Augustine; his siblings, Daniel, Sam, Elizabeth, Della, Linda and Carmella; and his close friend John Raphel.
He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Kirk of Bethlehem, PA; his grandchildren, Joann Augustine, Brian Augustine, Karen Mages, Eileen Romeiser, Joseph Kirk and Sharon Kloc; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Augustine, Stella Augustine, Deven Kirk, Sarah Romeiser, Amanda Romeiser, Grace Romeiser, Alan Mages, Zackary Mages, Peyton Mages, Mason Kloc and Joseph Kloc; and his great great grandchildren, Ainsley and Benjamin.
