He is survived by: his wife Lillian Nutry; his daughters, Theresa Bourbon (John) and Laura Spaulding (Stephen); his grandchildren, Kelly, Emily, Richard Bourbon, Sarah and Erin Spaulding; his stepchildren, Deborah Hershey, Gary Ruff and Kristin Ruff; and his stepgrandchildren, Nicole, Brian, Kyle and Matthew.
