It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce L. Milligan of Whiting, New Jersey, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William T. Milligan Sr. and Evelyn Milligan; and her siblings, William T. Milligan Jr. and Janet Avallone. She is survived by : her children, Janet Marie Hudson, NJ and Eric C. Hudson (Suzanne) of Wallkill, NY; her grandchildren, William Hudson (Monica Motter), Lily Rose Hudson and Ian Hudson; her great grandchildren, Layla Motter Hudson and Hazel Grace Hudson; her sister Linda Chur (Chuck) of Florida; and her sister-in-law Sharon Milligan of New Jersey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
