She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Ilg and Anna Ilg; her husband Edward G. Savage; and her daughter-in-law Diane Savage. She is survived by: her children, Edward Savage (Teresa) of Cary, Charles Savage of Port Deposit and Patsy Jordan (Rodger) of Barnegat. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Margot's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
