He is survived by: his brother Glenn Perlakowski (Linda) of Whiting, NJ; his sons, Jonathan Preston (Sharon) of Fort Worth, TX and Mark Preston (Carrie) of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Michael, Braden, Jacob, Lily and Jackson. He is also survived by 3 nieces and nephews.
