He is survived by: his wife Barbara W. Foster; his children, Christopher W. Foster (Tisa) and Pauline F. Tutelo (Frank); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Gabrielle, Grace, Tara and Katelyn.
A memorial visitation will be held from Noon – 2 p. m., Saturday, April 3 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road, (Facial coverings are required and adherence to social distancing will be in effect.).
