He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Jacqueline; his wife Jeanne; his children, Ann (Sean Jennings) and Thomas Tobin (Eileen); his grandchildren, Matthew Jennings and Kaitlyn Jennings; and his siblings, Timothy, John, Michael, James, Dennis Tobin, Elizabeth Sosa and Jacqueline Byrd.
