He was predeceased by: his son Andrew J. Olsack; and his sibling Francis Olsack. He is survived by: his children, Anthony F. Olsack (Rita) and Andrea Tenenberg (George); his grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., Alex, George, Jr., Allie, Andrew, Jr. and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Anthony, III and Zachary; his sister Adelaide Campbell; and also Amelia E. Olsack. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
