He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Gennusa and Lena Gennusa; his girlfriend Marie E. Matta; and his siblings, Ignatius Gennusa (late Dorothy), Joseph Gennusa (Grace), Salvatore "Sammy" Gennusa (late Connie) and Rita Vita.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Peace Parish, 32 Carroll Avenue, Williamstown, NJ 08094.
